Grey Gables Apartments

Outside Area: Grey Gables offers a walk-out back-yard patio lined with built in benches perfect for summertime BBQs.



Main Area: The front entryway has a large coat closet and old fashion mail slot. The living room is huge and has room for FHE groups and movie nights. Having a lot of room for friends and family to visit is only part of Grey Gable's charm.





Kitchen Area: The kitchen is large with two fridges and plenty of cupboards. The kitchen has a brand new dishwasher and fantastic flat stovetop that has no unsightly gaps to collect food. It can self-clean, delay start and has all the options that come with a great oven. The pantry will make your own mother envious. It is lined with floor to ceiling shelving and 12 girls haven?t been able to fill it yet. The key to great room-mate relations is to have plenty of space for each girl.







The Study: We know the main reason to come to Rexburg is to study... We provided a separate room with doors that can close off the social life happening in the living room. The study has a closet for storing computer items, built in drawers, and a large shelf for books. We then added two long tables and chairs so you can spread out and really hit the books. We put in wireless internet so your portable laptop can access the internet and you are ready to pull some A's.



Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms downstairs. The first has a brand new 8 x 10 foot walk in closet, complete with a full length mirror, vanity lighting, and 3 large new dressers. This room sleeps 3 and has sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. The other bedroom sleeps two and is off the living room. It has 2 closets, remote controlled ceiling fan and large dresser with attached mirror.



There are three upstairs bedrooms. 1 large bedroom sleeps three and has cubbies lining the wall for storage. It has a large window looking out into the front yard and campus. The other two bedrooms sleep two people. One has a bult in desk and many cubbies also for storage. All have brand new dressers like the one shown.



Bathrooms: All three bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new shower stalls, bath, toilets, and vanity. We tiled them all for a classy Italian look that will stay beautiful for many years. There are two bathrooms downstairs off the kitchen. You walk into the main wash area and on the left is a shower/toilet combination and on the right is a bathtub/shower, vanity, toilet combination.





The upstairs bathroom has built in cupboards, a shower, vanity, toilet combo and a large storage closet just outside. We also built a vanity station outside the bathroom that has lighting, bureau, and mirrors to provide more areas where the room-mates can get ready.
