Amenities - Bristol Manor apartments are fully furnished. That includes beds, dressers, couches, tables, desks, and a few other pieces of furniture. The contract price includes free high speed internet, Cable TV, and utilities: gas, water, electricity, and garbage (phone is not included). There is a coin operated washer and dryer in a utility room off of the kitchen of Apt. #2. The utility room can be accessed from outside for the tenants in Apartment #1 or through the kitchen for Tenants in Apartment #2. Bristol Manor offers an attractive front deck to enjoy the sun. Bristol has white stucco with a steep pointed black roof that gives it a charming old English flavor.

Upper Apartment #1 - The upper apartment (Apt. #1) has its own staircase on the East side of the house with 1 bedroom that easily sleeps 3 and has the bathroom conveniently off the bedroom. A separate vanity area is set up for the girls to get ready. With lots of light from the windows surrounding the apartment, one can see both the sunsets and a lovely view into Saqqara Properties's private backyard with a large willow tree. The yard is available to the tenants to study, relax, and soak up the sun. The apartment has great new furniture with a trendy microfiber Red Couch and striped complimentary armchair. This is a new listing to the BYUI market. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space. Really, who wouldn't want to live with just 2 other girls in a fantastic house so close to campus? Main Floor Apartment #2 - The main floor apartment (Apt. #2) has a dishwasher, very large living room with high ceiling, carpet and wood floors. This apartment is two stories tall. Main floor has the kitchen, living room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) with old fashioned built in closets and drawers along the wall, and 1 bathroom. Up a winding brick staircase is a bedroom that sleeps 4 and has it's own private bathroom.
