Bristol Manor Apartments



Bristol Manor’s front yard and deck: Apartment #1 has an outside staircase on the right side (Eastside) of Bristol Manor going up to a neat apartment for only 3 girls. The door front door leads into the living room and the kitchen. Off the living room is one bedroom for three girls with the bathroom attached to the bedroom. The windows overlook the backyard and large willow tree. It is very light and a great place for three friends to have a place to themselves. Apartment #2 has a beautiful front entrance to the main level (shown above). It houses 8 girls with four of the girls sleeping in two bedrooms on the main level along with the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and coin operated laundry room (accessible for both Apt. 1 and Apt. 2). To the left of the main entry hall is a brick winding staircase to the loft. The loft sleeps the other 4 girls and includes large closets and their own bathroom.
Apartment #1: Upper level - sleeps 3 girls

Going up the staircase on East side of Bristol Manor you arrive at Apt. #2. This apartment houses 3 girls.

Living Room/Kitchen: A new red microfiber couch and beautiful complementary striped armchair furnishes the living room. Usually, apartments with 4 to 6 girls have living rooms and kitchens this same size, but this apartment is for only 3 girls.

Bedroom: The bedroom has many space saving ideas like one bunkbed set and one twin bed with drawers underneath. A beautiful antique vanity to apply makeup and get ready outside of the attached bathroom. Several wall mounted shelves gives plenty of storage room for all three girls. Note- the bedroom is 2.3 square feet short of suggested 150 square feet room size, so approved space saving techniques were used to eliminate multiple dressers and other larger pieces of furniture.

Apartment #2: Main Level - sleeps 8 girls

Bathroom The main level is like your traditional house. The two bedrooms on the main floor sleep 2 girls to a bedroom. There are new windows, window seals, and heaters in each room. As a result, Rexburg's cold and bitter winters are nice and toasty. Four girls share the bathroom, which was recently remodeled.

Living Room and Kitchen: The inside of Bristol Manor is best known for its very spacious living room. It is common for the girls to host multiple FHE groups in the living room. The kitchen was remodeled making the counter larger and adding a dishwasher and more cupboard space. Both the kitchen and the living room are shared by the girls up in the loft and on the main floor.

Loft Bedroom: The upper level rooms four girls and is one big slumber party! Although it seems like the upstairs has two rooms, it is actually one big room. This allows girls to socialize and talk to each other with no wall barriers. This room is highly recommended for social people or groups of friends. The upper level has its own bathroom.
