Overview - This website allows you to view updated pictures of the house, both inside and outside. Also, there is a map that shows just how close the house is to campus. You can walk to campus in literally 30 seconds. You may apply online and pay your deposit via Google checkout. Amenities - Aalita Manor has three apartments that are all fully furnished. That includes beds, dressers, couches, tables, and a few other pieces of furniture. The contract price includes free high speed internet, Cable TV, and utilities: gas, water, electricity, and garbage (phone is not included). Aalita Manor is a classy all red brick building kitty corner from campus (The Kirkham building). The three apartments share a large utility room that includes coin op washer and dryer, vacuums, iron and ironing board etc. All three apartments were just painted and have brand new Berber carpet throughout. Welcome Home!

Two Upstairs Apartment (A and B) - The two apartments upstairs each have a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. They sleep 4 and are a great place to bring a couple of friends to set up house. They have a nice pantry in the kitchen and the hallway includes 2 built in cupboards and 8 drawers.

Lower Apartment (C) - The lower apartment has 1 private bedroom and 3 shared bedrooms with a total of 7 girls. Apartment C has a good size kitchen and two bathrooms. The bathrooms have just been tiled and a new beautiful red microfiber couch set has been added along with the new paint and carpet to make this a great looking apartment. Each room has 2 or 3 closets giving a lot of storage and clothes space. Come see Aalita Manor.
