Aalita Manor Apartments

Outside Area: Landscaped with grassy front yard with large pine trees, crabapple trees, and bushes. These apartments are literally kitty-corner from the Kirkham building on campus. You can't get closer than this.



Aalita Apartments A and B: These two upper apartments sleep 4 each. A great apartment for girls who like to have fewer room-mates. They each have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Everything is freshly painted with two tone paint in the living room. The carpet through-out is brand new and Apartment B has new tile in the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and a pantry. The hallway has 8 built in drawers and 2 large cupboards for storage. The apartments at Aalita share a utility room accessible to all the girls via an indoor staircase in the back part of the apartments. (The door leading out from the kitchen) The utility room has a coin-op washer and dryer, ironing board, and sink.





Aalita Apartment C This is the main level apartment (2 stairs down) with large windows that let in a lot of natural lighting. Apartment C has a brand new hot red couch, new carpet, and paint (two-tone earth with white trim in the living room). This apartment sleeps 6 with 2 private rooms and 2 shared rooms. It offers two bathrooms and plenty of room to get ready. The hallway has built in drawers and a cupboard and all 4 bedrooms have at least 2 closets with a lot of room for storage and clothes.



Aalita Apartment C Kitchen: The kitchen is large and freshly painted. It has many cupboards and drawers for plenty of storage.
